This is where you will be working
You will be working as an order picker at SNA Europe Benelux in Helmond. A company that specializes in making and selling quality tools of the Bahco brand.

What you will be doing

As an order picker you will use a modern electric pick truck with a hand scanner to collect products in the warehouse, pack them in boxes and prepare them for shipping.
This involves physical work with standing, walking and lifting boxes, so it is important that you are physically fit.

You will get

• a fulltime job of 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
• working in shifts
• an above average gross salary starting at € 2.196,- per month (€ 13,34 per hour) to max. € 2.649 ( € 16,09 per hour), depending on experience and service years
• plus a variable monthly production bonus
• plus a fixed allowance for shifted shifts of € 44 gross per month
• plus a 13^th month for permanent employees
• plus € 750 gross bonus for permanent employees when not reported sick for 1 year
• plus a travel allowance of € 0.19 net from the first kilometer to a maximum of 100 km vice versa per day
• plus 25 vacation days per year

• plus the possibility of a permanent contract if you perform well

Candidates with a permanent job, who consider making the switch to SNA Europe, can also get a permanent contract with SNA Europe (with a probationary period of two months).

This you bring along

• Motivated to want to work and develop yourself further
• Good command of the Dutch or English language in connection with the necessary communication on the work floor
• Own transport to get to the work location, for example a car, bike or moped
• Physically able to perform heavy work, including lifting and carrying
• Some work experience as a production employee, warehouse employee, packer or similar is preferred (but not required)
• Availability of 38 hours per week (parttime is possible when working only on Wednesday and/or Friday)
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary
• Looking for a job for a longer period
